She is survived by: her husband David Adkins; her children, Jonathan Adkins (Velera Bivings) of Bath Springs and Stacy Sanchez (Tony) of Clifton; and her brother Wilson Spain. She is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and eight nieces and nephews.
