She is survived by: her husband Rick Bailey; her children, Joshua Cullen (Emily), Amy Cullen (Martrice Bendross) and Jeremy Cullen; her brothers, Mickey Shaffer, George Heise, Carl Shaffer (Carrie) and Doug Shaffer; her mother-in-law Regina Bailey; and her pet Chester. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; Great-Grandson.
