He is survived by: his wife Amanda Jackson Bush; his sons, Jaxson, Kameron and Hutson Bush; his parents, Danny Bush and Arlene Thomas Bush; his brothers, David "Doc" Bush (Tammy) of Bloomington Springs and Dustin "Buck" Bush of Bloomington Springs; his parents-in-law, Steve and Sherry Jackson; his grandmother-in-law JB Davis; his siblings' children, Brett Bush (Ashley), Cole Bush (Reagan), Mackenzy, Talan, Lily, Braydan, Kaydan, Christian Jackson, Scotland Bush and Zayden Sherrell; his cousin Chris McCaleb; and his close friends, Seth Hudson, Matt Davidson, Scotty Dyer, Rod Garrett, Brian Chambers and Stan Davis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
