Ed Dyer Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Ed Dyer of Baxter, Tennessee. Ed, born on December 22, 1947, passed away on November 1, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ed Dyer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Edward and Mattie Dyer (Allen); and his siblings, Ralph A. Dyer, Betty Ruth Roberts and Linda Ann LAfever.

He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Dyer (Helms); his daughters, Kim Dyer (Debbie) of Double Springs and Becky Smith (Brandon) of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ferowich, Kristen Steel and Caden Smith; and his great grandchildren, Georgia, Joseph, Charley, Micah McClendon of Florida, Zachary and Martin McAlpin of West Virginia.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 4770 Ben Jared Rd, Baxter, TN 38506.
