She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Hancock and Bessie Beatrice Rittenberry Hancock; her husband Jim Jackson; her daughters, Emma Joyce Rodgers and Barbara Bowman; and her siblings, Bobbie Knight, Willie Joyce Gamble, Mildred Hall, Jesse, Willard, Lillard and John F. Hancock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Kelley (Bruce Dailey) of Cookeville, Tennessee. and Patricia Ann Hunter of Cookeville, Tennessee.; her brothers, Arthur Hancock of Silver Point and Harvey Hancock Blackshear (Linda); her sons-in-law, Paul Hunter and Don Rodgers; and her grandchildren, Mark Sutton and Norma Davis. She is also survived by loving extended family comprising nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
