He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walker Moore and Lillie Mae Waggoner Moore; his daughter Deborah Maynard; and his siblings, Ernest Moore, Royce Moore, Tom Moore, David Moore and Reba Page.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fern Montgomery Moore; his children, Gary Moore (Coralee), Rosalind Sewell and Renee Burton (Terry); his sisters, Nina Hart and Elouise Foster; his grandchildren, Christopher Daniel Maynard (Brandy), Keith Maynard (Beverly), Jordan Carmen (Gene), Cameron Burton and Abigail Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Isabella, Ruby, Lilly, Daniel, Regina, Harvey and Maddon.
