He is survived by : his wife Ruby Sherrell Maxwell of Baxter; his children, Melissa Ann Delaney, Kimberly Denise Goodman (David Richard Tucker) and Joe Kenneth Maxwell, Jr. (Michelle Eddmenson); his sisters, Margie Jones of Silver Point, Patricia "Pat" James (Roger Dale) of Silver Point, Rosie Huddleston (Carlos, Sr.) of Baxter and Darlene Felt (Wayne) of Cookeville; his grandchildren, William Lewis Delaney (Amanda), Erica Lee Goodman, Michael David Snapp, Brandon Lee Goodman, Stephanie Kay Maxwell and William Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Troy Drake Brown, Zachariah Sage Brown, Zane Alexander Delaney and Addilyn Grace Maxwell.
