She is survived by: her siblings, Donnie Jackson (Rebecca), Linda Cass, Larry Jackson (Sherry), Marty Jackson (Aurelie) and Gennie Blank (Burt); her nieces and nephews, Matthew Jackson (Marsha), Mandy Johnson (Jason), Chad Roberts (Doris), Mary Spain, Cory Jackson (Sydney), Robin Scott (Jason), Aaden Whittaker, Emma Blank, Jeremiah and Joseph Jackson; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor Judd, Audrey, Brinley, Caleb Judd, Iziah of Mason, JP, Amelia Scott, Cooper, Talon Jackson, Samantha, Walter, Nora Jackson and Jeremy Roberts. She is also survived by cousins, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Double Springs Church of Christ (4665 Norton Dr, Cookeville, TN 38501). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to made to the family to help with Vickie's funeral expenses.
