He was predeceased by : his wife Bertha; his daughter Audrey; his grandchildren, Gregory Mabe and Wendy Armstrong; his parents, Charlie Manis and Etta Manis; and his siblings, Bertha Manis, Mildred Manis, Mary Snapp, Helen Henderson, Edith Dinsmore and Junior Manis.

He is survived by : his son Albert Manis; his grandchildren, Carman Harold (Brian), Rhonda Brownlee (David), Andrew "Andy" Cradic (Amanda), Christian "Chris" Manis (Susan), Melanie Robertson (Eric), Amber Latham (Ryan) and Carson Manis (Audrey); and his siblings, Velma Richards (Jim) and Walter Manis (Kathy). He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
