He is survived by: his wife Ruth Maier; his sister Judy Duvick; his nieces, Chris Rhodes and Julie Jacobsgaard; his nephew David Duvick; his stepdaughters, Marianne McDowell and Virginia Strukel; and his friends, Linda Duncan and Duane Puncochar.
