He was predeceased by : his parents, John Spoons and Madge Spoons; and his son John Glenn Spoons. He is survived by : his caregiver Patsy Miner (Jake); his uncle Randy Collins (Glenda); his caregivers, Cindy Hilton and Rusty Ankrom; and also Ira Mallicoat. He is also survived by several cousins; and a host of friends.
