He is survived by: his parents, Elliot Williams and Patricia Williams; his brother Joshua; his aunts and uncles, Jean, Dave, Toni and Chris; his cousins, Caleb, Noah, Chad and Chloe; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie, Skyla, Tom, Paul, Jeff, Robert and Stacy.
Around the time of 2020, the covid pandemic broke out, and he and the other recruits where immediately furloughed, which was no surprise to Patrick, a young & understanding diplomat who was used to curveballs by this point of his life.
