He is survived by: his spouse Avis Tulley Bell; his grandchildren, Cole Chapman, Ryan Koeller and Evan Koeller; his brothers, Rodney (Kyra), Stephen (Janet), Gary (Jennifer) and Philip (Sherry); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Tulley (Julie) and Bobby Tulley (Norma). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
