She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady J. Fowler, Sr. and Irene Blankenship Fowler; her husband Roy Dee Hayes; her brother Grady Fowler Jr.; and her brother-in-law Joe Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Daphne Johnson (Claude "Junior" Johnson) of Beech Bluff, TN and Tracy R. Hayes (Tracy K. Hayes) of Milan, TN; her brother Gary Fowler (Karen) of Beech Bluff, TN; her sister-in-law Carolyn Fowler of Beech Bluff, TN.; her grandchildren, Courtney Sobieralski (Robbie), Collin Johnson (Bridget), Kyndal Stockdale (Jagger) and Chynna Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Harper Sobieralski, Phoebe Sobieralski, Charli Johnson and Walker Johnson. She is also survived by loving Nana to her grandchildren, and adored her great-grandchildren.
The family is requesting that memorial donations be directed to Maple Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2005 Maple Springs Road, Jackson, TN 38313.
