She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Bruce and Georgia Brown Caudill; her sons, Joe Harold and William Proctor Cawood; and her brother Lloyd B. Caudill.
She is survived by: her daughter Velinda Walters (Roger) of Beechgrove; and her grandchildren, Jeannie Travis, Laura Bell and Noah Walters. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
