She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gray Melton and Bessie Virginia Fowler Melton; her husband James Ray Arnold Jr.; her daughter Mary Virginia Shelton; and her brother Gary Melton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Fox (Andy) of Beechgrove and Tricia Arnold of Christiana; and her sisters, Peggy (Billy), Cleek and Sheila Tune of Shelbyville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1802 Madison St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
