He is survived by: his daughter Gina Lynn Smartt; his siblings, Mamie McGee and Greg Smartt; his half-brothers, Marvin and Pascal Lynn; his wife Diane King Smartt; his son Robin Smartt Jr.; his stepchildren, Michael (Ginger), Marty, Darren Forsyth (Monica) and Tennille Beaty (Keith); and his sisters, Pansy Christian (Leon) and Geraldine Killian. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
