She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Smith and Velma Jones Smith; her husband William David Fox; and her brother Dwight Smith. She is survived by: her stepfather Charles T. "Doc" Jones; her children, Tina White of Bell Buckle, Ellen Huffman of Bell Buckle, Tommy Fox of Bell Buckle and Maria Mingle (Miles) of Murfreesboro; and her grandchildren, Josh White (Nikki), Curtis White, Danielle Johnson (Andrew), Robyn Smotherman and Randi Smotherman. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
