He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hickerson Smith; his sons, Brian Keith Smith (Pamela) of Pensacola, Fla. and Christopher Michael Smith (Leann) of Bell Buckle, TN.; and his grandchildren, Michael Smith, Kaitlin Coggin (Lewis), Elijah Smith and Riley Smith. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
