She was predeceased by : her parents, James Henry "Jim" Sullivan and Flossie Mae Goode Sullivan; and her brothers, Donald L. Sullivan, Stanley Dyer and Larry W. Sullivan.

She is survived by : her brother Bobby Neal Sullivan of Bells, TN; her nieces, Brenda Stanley (Frank) of Jackson, TN, Karen Sayers (Brian) of Floyds Knob, IN and Christina Selph (Brent) of Jackson, TN; and her caregivers, Renee, Veronica and Marilyn. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews that she adored. And numerous extended family and friends.
