She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Shipman and Irlene Shipman; her husband Dennis Wear; her son Roy Wear; and her grandchild Dallas Wear.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Murphy; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Wear; her brother Doug Shipman (Janet); her stepsisters, Paula Cunkelman and Pat McDaniel; her grandchildren, Casey Dunavan (Kylie), Ariel Dunavan (Hunter), Dylan Wear and Rachel Sorrows (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Shepherd Dunavan and Asher Sorrows. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
