She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bell and Thelma "Gunn" Bell; and her sisters, Sandra Delores Dowdall and Pamela Jan Palmerino (Sandra Delores Dowdall). She is survived by: her children, Randy Broadway (Vickie), Roger Broadway (Cristiane) and Sheila Broadway; her grandchildren, Jessica Godwin (Ryan), Gage Moore, Hunter Broadway (Katie), Seth Broadway (Malea) and Talon Parker; her great grandchildren, Waverly Broadway, Caswell Broadway, Oliver Godwin and Allyson Kate Broadway; and her brothers, Russell Bell and Vincent Bell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
