He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann "Pat" Parker Mosier; his children, Lannie Mosier (Brandi) of Alamo, TN, Scottie Mosier (Angel) of Alamo, TN and Kim Avery of Trenton, TN.; his siblings, Jimmy Mosier (Barbara) of Alamo, TN, Christine (Raymond) and Mary Jane Skelton; his grandchildren, Parker, Madison, Kyleigh, Morgan, Brynlee and Alex; his great grandchildren, Travis, Tatum, Charli and Kamari; and his pet Boone.

His strong work ethic reflected his commitment to excellence and his substantial contribution to the communities he served.
