She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Lee Ray. She is survived by: her mother Melissa Anne Cullins; her stepfather Ray Cutrell of Belvidere; her daughter Anna Boulton (Devin) of Belvidere; her grandchildren, Destiny Stubblefield of Lebannon, Tenn. and Timberly Stubblefield of Lebannon, Tenn.; her son Sawyer Stubblefield; her sister Haley Jones (Benji Nuckols) of Lebannon; her cousin Tiffany Ray (Donnie Stubblefield) of Winchester; and her grandson Rhys Boulton.
