She was predeceased by: her parents, A. D. Smith, Jr. and Johnnie Cox Smith; and her husband Steve Hayes. She is survived by: her son Jason Chachos of Belvidere; her sister Judy; and her brother-in-law Tom Thibadeau.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Family Residence (1244 Buncombe Rd, Belvidere, TN 37306).
