She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Howell and Ida Bell Masters Howell; and her siblings, W. L. Brinkley, Benny Howell (Kim) of Lynchburg, Robert Howell (Scottie), Doris Brinkley Red, Elizabeth Brinkley Baskin and Jerlene Brinkley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Marie Sisk Page of Cookeville and Heather Lynn Sisk of Clearfield, Utah.; her grandchildren, Karli Page, Clarke Rolon and Silas Rolon; her siblings, Florene Howell Stewart (Jeff) of Belvidere, Junior Brinkley of Virginia and Roger Howell (Alicia) of Tullahoma, Tenn.; and her niece Diane Mack (Billy) of Cottontown. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
