He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Rosebrock Wilburn of Belvidere; his daughters, Kandace McGee (Daniel) of Tullahoma and Bethany Wilburn of Belvidere; his siblings, Tim Wilburn (Carla) of Loretta, Donna Phillips (Mike) of Loretta and Susan Wilburn of Loretta; and his grandchildren, Blaze, Diesel, Zoey, Kason and Charles.
