He was predeceased by: his father John Watkins Sr.; and his wife Lisa Marie Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Zyer Watkins of Elora; his children, Michael Watkins of Belvidere, Jonathan Watkins of Belvidere, David Watkins of Nashville, Billy Naegele (Bailey) of Tullahoma, Alan Naegele of Tullahoma, Rachel Bradford (Chance) of Winchester, Elizabeth Watkins of Belvidere, Devon Watkins of Colorado and Dawn Berry (Josh) of Estill Springs; and his brother Richard Watkins of Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
