We announce the death of Vernon Edward Miller of Belvidere, Tennessee, who passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 81. Vernon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Miller and Dorthy Holt Miller; his wife Sandy Miller; his siblings, Donald Miller, Jimmy Miller, Crawford Miller, Patricia Nelson and Mack Miller; and the mother of his child Cheri Garner Miller.
He is survived by: his son Clifton Miller (Joanna); his grandchildren, Justin (Angela), Brandon (Margaret), Jillian (Lewis) and J. D.; and his great grandchildren, Judah Miller, Ada Miller, Henry Miller, Eli Miller and Evelyn Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
