He is survived by: his wife Nancy Adams; his daughter Kathy Lackey (Mark); his grandson Ryan; his son David Adams (Deanna); his granddaughters, Alyssa and Sarah; his son Robert "Bob" Adams (Bonnie); his niece Nancy Tipps; his great-nephew Bret; his nephew Howard Adams; his close friend John Fowler; Faith, Micheal and Tanner.
