It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Newell Cummings of Benton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Senia Cummings and Newt Cummings; his wife Ernestine Plumley Cummings; and his siblings, Thelma Kolar (Joe), Kenneth Howard (Ethel) and Judy Wilson (Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie, Senia and Matt; his grandchildren, Katie Mashburn and Josh Mashburn; his children-in-law, Jenny and Jesse; and his sister Linda Lynch (Howard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
