He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Stewart and Lizzie Cronan Stewart; his wife Delores Stewart; his siblings, Steve Stewart (Diane), Gilbert Stewart, Gordon Stewart and Brenda Stewart; and his nephew Franklin Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughter Angie Stewart Cherry (Jeremy Cartwright); his brother Stanley Stewart; his grandchildren, Caleb Cherry and Charity Cartwright; his great grandchildren, Jade Stewart and Scarlett Stewart; and his nephews, Jeff Stewart (Jada) and Brad Stewart.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home of Benton Monday (6439 US-411, Benton, TN 37307). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery (830 Welcome Valley Rd, Benton, TN 37307).
