He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Young Perry and Annie Jo Perry; his significant other Debra Owen; and his significant other's daughter Nickie Tucker. He is survived by: his son Joshua Perry; his brother Larry W. Perry (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Zara Moore (Jordan), Hailey Daly, Destiny, Summer, Ali, John Michael Tucker and Kylin Baxley-Tucker. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
