He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haskell "Bill" Troutt and Margaret Kemper Fykes; his wife Frances Troutt; and his sister Gail Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jason Troutt (Teresa), Jeremy Aker (Alicia), Susan Aker (John) and Anthony Troutt (Lisa); his grandchildren, Vivian Barche (Matthew), Ellen McGahey, Emily McGahey, Tristan Stone (Lea), Justice Aker (Emily), Jacob Aker (Mikaela), Joseph Aker, Lily Gammon, Josh Gammon, Katie Wheatley (Ethan) and Kimber Rushing (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Easton and Wyatt Aker; and his brother Robert Wesley Troutt "Kitten" (Anita).
