He was predeceased by : his father Donald Speigel Miller; and his brother Larry Miller. He is survived by : his wife Gaylon Ellis Miller; his daughter Amy Sue Miller of Big Rock, TN; and his siblings, Linda Johnson of Big Rock, TN, Kim Miller of Granite City, IL, Teresa Miller of Granite City, IL, Curtis Miller of Bumpus Mills, TN and Tony Miller of Dover, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Anglin Funeral Home (402 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Miller Cemetery (461 Higgs Rd, Big Rock, TN 37023).
