He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Chapell Jackson and Frances Simmons Jackson; his former wife Elaine Lowery Jackson; his grandsons, Dillon Denson and Josh Jackson; and also, Theresa French and Angie Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Powell Jackson of Big Sandy, TN; his children, Christopher Jackson (Jennifer) of Big Sandy, TN, Johnny Jackson (Patsy) of Camden, TN, Bobby Ray Jackson (Bunny) of Big Sandy, TN and Cynthia Clendennin (William) of Holladay, TN.; and his siblings, Ricky Jackson (Elaine) of Parsons, TN., Jeanette Thomas (Dwayne), Joyce Herndon of Camden, TN, Susie Watson (Jim) and GrandchildrenFourteen. He is also survived by Fourteen Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heaven Sent Church (219 N Wyatt, Bruceton, TN 38317).
