He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jean Welsh Kelly; his wife Wanda Sue Kelly of Big Sandy, TN; his children, Layla Collier (Jim) of Murray, KY and William David Kelly (Débora) of Cordova, TN; his siblings, Linda Gibson of Maryville, TN and Don Kelly, Jr. of Acworth, GA; his grandchildren, Morgan Tanner, Macey Collier and Noah Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Mercadez Tanner and Braxton Tanner.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Bridge of Hope, 1575 Highway 641 South, Paris, TN 38242.
