He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stockdale of Big Sandy, TN; his children, James Franklin Stockdale Jr. of Big Sandy, TN and Pamela Jean Graham of Big Sandy, TN.; his siblings, Benny Stockdale (Penny) of Big Sandy, TN. and Viola Lowe (Wayne) of Big Sandy, TN.; and his grandchildren, Abigail Graham, J. T. Lagace, Jonathan Stockdale, Kaylee Stockdale, Michael Graham, Rachel Graham and Caleb Stockdale.
