He is survived by: his wife Janice Phifer of Big Sandy, TN; and his sons, Jeff Phifer (Angela) of Big Sandy, TN, Tim Phifer (Kristy) of Big Sandy, TN and Greg Phifer (Amanda) of Big Sandy, TN..
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the BIG Sandy First Baptist Church (95 Main St, Big Sandy, TN 38221).
