He is survived by: his parents, Jonathon Fitzpatrick Jr. of Salyersville, KY and Teresa Gayle Van-Selow (Thomas) of Big Sandy, TN; his grandparents, Jonathan Fitzpatrick, Patsy Joseph and Barbara Daniels; his children, Carter Fitzpatrick of Camden, TN, Oliver Conrad of Holladay, TN and Etta Hollowell of Camden, TN; his sisters, Amber Cole (Scotty) of Salyersville, KY and Johnnie Gayle Fitzpatrick of Big Sandy, TN; and his stepsister Angelia Daniels (Dakota).
