He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Peay and Hilda Fulgham Peay; his daughter Alicia Michelle Vega (Jason); his granddaughter Ashlynn Barrett; his siblings, Jesse Peay, Charles and Janet Holmes; and his grandson DJ Peay.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Peay of Big Sandy, TN; his children, Michael Peay (Amanda) of Idabel, Nikki Barrett (Frank) of Vicksburg, MS, Ashley Peay of Vicksburg, MS, Cassidy Willis of Cleveland, MS and Britteny Bonney of Jackson, MS.; his sister Robbie Duncan (Dave) of Shaw, MS.; his grandchildren, Wesley, Devin Vega, Amece, Ryan, Lexi, Brooklyn, Ella Grace Peay, Frances, Benjamin Barrett, Kaelynn and Roman Peay; and his great grandchild Cotten Scott.
