He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Rogers (Mildred Oliver Rogers) and Caldwell Paving; and his daughter Melissa Rogers. He is survived by : his wife Ethel Rogers; his daughters, Brenda Scoggins and Sharon Jenkins; his siblings, Pete Rogers and Martha Bean; his grandchildren, Dana Scoggins, Kali Davis, Krysta Bridwell and Courtney Davis; and his great grandchildren, River, Briley, Daisee, Blossie, Josie, Sophie, Rylei and Henry.
