She was predeceased by: her husband David F. Boyd; her parents, Clarence Davis and Viola Davis; and her siblings, Junior Davis, Karen Davis, Willard Davis, Jess Davis, Terry Davis and Annie Watkins.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah, David Boyd, Tammy, Gene Randolph, Dale and Valorie Boyd; and her sisters, Berleta Barbee and Jackie Ferry. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends.
