He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilkerson, Jr. and Violet Wilkerson; and his siblings, Phyllis Sava (Anthony) and John Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Wilkerson; his sister Connie Wehunt; and his children, Kristin Schaffner, Regina Ammonds and Barry Gibson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral Home, Ridge Chapel (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311).
The family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society honoring him in lieu of flowers.
