He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl Lusk, Charles and Dollie Taylor; and his great-grandparents, Pearl Boling, Hobert and Tennie Lusk.
He is survived by: his parents, Regina Taylor and Lee Taylor; his brothers, Austin and Travis Taylor; his grandmother Wanda Lusk Burkhart; his stepgrandfather David Burkhart; and his close friend Dorothy Miller.
