She was predeceased by: her significant other Jack D. Grigsby; her grandson Chad Brooks; her great grandchildren, Ryan Gabriel and Isaiah Brooks; and her parents, James Ballard and Iva Jane West.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri; her son-in-law Jim Brooks; her grandchildren, Cory, Lorissa Brooks, Angie, Troy Brelsford and Jill Brooks; her great grandchildren, Nick Brooks, Alyssa, Eric Brooks-Miller, Rowan, Ethan Yoakum, Storm Tolliver, Alysah Roderick, Connor, Hudson and Grayson Brooks; and her great great grandchildren, Layton, Lyncoln, Lylah and Lukah Brooks-Miller.
