He was predeceased by: his father John Wallace Bernard. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Nelson Bernard (Cheyenne Mize), Cody James Bernard and Brittany Bernard; his mother Nancy Bernard; his brothers, William John "Johnboy" Bernard and Robert Gene Bernard (Marie); and also, Jenna and Larry.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bernard Cemetery.
