With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Vineyard Jr. of Blaine, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may James find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Preston Vineyard, Sr. and Johnnie Lou McGinnis Vineyard; and his granddaughter Skyleigh Ann Vineyard. He is survived by: his wife Angela Carol Vineyard; his son Preston Tyler Vineyard (Lora); his sister Julia Ann Dillivan (Lee); his grandson Destin Vineyard; and his niece Amelia Dillivan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Richland Cemetery (148 Nance Ferry Rd, Blaine, TN 37709).
