He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Edward Elliott Sr. and Ollie Humphrey Elliott; and his parents-in-law, Rev. Kenneth and Mary Lee Davis Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Osborne Elliott; his sons, Jeremiah Elliott and Joshua; his daughter-in-law Joy Elliott; his grandsons, B. J. Loayon, Noah Elliott and Caleb Elliott; and his siblings, Linda Pruitt (Junior), Charlotte Evans, Richard Elliott (Donna), Garry Elliott and Mike Elliott (Missy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
