With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John W. Baker of Blaine, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John W. left this world on September 16, 2025 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Oscar Baker; his stepmother Virginia Baker; and his siblings, Sandy Morris and Christopher Baker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Baker; his children, Diane Mitchell (Jason) and John Ross Baker; his grandchildren, Emily Hill (Gabe), Bradley Baker (Jenna) and Sarah Mitchell; his siblings, Terry, Tim (Velda), Rick (Lisa), Frankie Baker and Michelle Rutherford; and his close friends, Austin Caldwell, Marie Davis and Larry Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
